Intense Package
Perfect for those who want real results and are prepared to work hard. Lose up to 7 lbs in a week (dependant on diet and how hard we train together!)
You will receive:
Initial Consultation
- Tailored consultation on Day 1 to set your goals for the week and long-term fitness and weight loss goals.
- Produce a training programme based on exercises that will aid your path to success, give you the results you are looking for, and most importantly that you will enjoy and be able to stick to.
- Nutritional Diet Plan-address your current eating habits, tackle your weaknesses, and find solutions to overcome them to make sure your fat loss plan works.
Personal Training - 6 Personal Training sessions, 1 to 1 training, all sessions 1 hour duration
- 1 Training session per day – Variety of cardio, bodyweight training and boxing for optimal fat burning
- Choose 6 days within 1 week and the time slot that suits you to allow flexibility and ease into your sessions without any stress or pressure. This is ‘YOU’ time!
- Location-London and Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Follow-Up Consultation
- Finish on Day 7 with your own Training Programme for you to continue your workouts on your own safely and effectively in the future
- Take home meal plans, food lists of ‘do’s’ and ‘dont’s’, and have the knowledge of what you should be eating, when, and how much to continue your progress and achievements

- 3 Personal Training sessions, 1 to 1 training, all sessions 1 hour duration
- 1 Training session per day – Variety of cardio, bodyweight training and boxing for optimal fat burning
- Choose 3 days within 1 week and the time slots that suit you to allow flexibility and ease into your sessions without any stress or pressure. This is ‘YOU’ time!
- Location-Kennington Park, Primrose Hill, Hampstead and Central Zone 1. Alternative requests, please ask!
